Individual Fitness Solutions (IFS)

Bill and Talitha formed Individual Fitness Solutions in 1998 in order to provide an opportunity for individuals and groups to attain a better quality of life through fitness.  Individual Fitness Solutions (IFS) provides a facility that is friendly, intimate, professional and motivating.  Our philosophy is to provide you with the knowledge, motivation, and guidance that you need to be healthy and fit for a lifetime.


Bill Helmling
Personal Trainer & Owner

Bill is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Exercise Physiology.  He has been providing personal training services since 1995.  Bill has been certified through The American Council on Exercise and is currently certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Performance Enhancement Specialist.  Bill has over 20 years of experience in the personal fitness training industry.  He has experience working with individuals with a wide range of goals and challenges.  He loves seeing people succeed in their health & fitness journey!

Bill uses his exercise science degree, national certification, and communication with medical professionals and peers to develop effective and safe programs for his clients.  Bill is an avid endurance athlete.  He has competed in marathons, many half marathon, and half Ironman distance triathlons with many more to come!  On days off you you might find Bill playing with his 3 kids, running the roads of Powell/Dublin, biking, swimming or hiking!


Talitha Helmling
Personal Trainer, Owner

Talitha is a graduate of Kent State University with a degree from the School of Physical Education having a concentration in Human Movement Studies and a minor in Athletic Training.   She was a four year letter winner in Track and Field where she participated as a heptathlete.  Talitha has been providing personal training services over 20 years.  She has been certified through The American Council on Exercise as both a Personal Trainer and Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant.  She is currently finishing her requirements to become a certified Corrective Exercise Specialist through NASM.  During her days off you might find her biking with friends, keeping busy with her three children or hiking outside. 

Talitha enjoys providing the opportunity to help individuals improve their health by way of mind, body and soul.  Her passion is to change the way people feel about themselves and their bodies. 


 Joni Mosby
Personal Trainer

Joni has a BS in Exercise Science from Oklahoma Baptist University and is a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness, and Kickboxing Instructor. 

Joni has over 20 years experience in the fitness/wellness field.  Her career started in cardiac rehab and medical fitness.  With that knowledge and experience, she is comfortable working with any type of clientele.  Joni has a high energy level and is enthusiastic about helping her clients reach their fitness goals.  

Joni lives in Dublin, OH with her husband Darrell, and 3 kids.  Jackson, age 12 and twin 9 yr old girls, Ella and Molly.  Joni enjoys playing taxi to her kids and traveling for their sports.

Nolan Nuss 

Personal Trainer

Personal TrainerNolan received his personal training certification through the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) in Dublin, Ohio.  He started his training journey while in the US Marine Corps where he trained fellow Marines and friends. Whatever your goal may be: loosing fat, adding muscle, gaining strength, training for an event, or just improving your overall fitness, Nolan can Help!  He can help make your fitness goals a reality, through passion, dedication, and of course some fun!  Nolan lives in Hilliard with his wife and children, Nevin and Kallie.


Rich Hilsheimer

Personal Trainer

Experienced and dedicated Fitness Coach.  Rich spent four years in the Marine Infantry, 12 years of weight training and five years as a Personal Trainer.  His experience includes attending Heritage College for Personal Training, nutritional and strength training research at Ohio State University and training under elite powerlifting and bodybuilding competitors.  Rich has four years martial arts training in Jiu Jitsu as well as competing in body building competitions which has given him the discipline and knowledge needed to empower his clients to reach their goals.  Rich enjoys spending his free time doing activities such as hiking and volunteer work for the humane society and Special Olympics.



 Annmarie Brogan

Group Fitness Instructor

Annmarie is currently leading her group fitness class called "POWER UP" on Sundays at 2:00. She is a NETA certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. Her passion is to help people achieve their weight loss goals thru group fitness. Her specialties include Boot camp, H.I.T., Tabata and 6 week slim down series. She also loves helping people to make healthy. 
In her free time, Annmarie enjoys cooking, working out, and spending time with her three busy children. She also volunteers as a coach thru the Let Me Run program.
